Lecturer Performance Evaluation System
To develop a Lecturer Performance Evaluation System based on IKU and IKT standards for the Faculty of Computer Science, Sriwijaya University, using a Decision Support System approach and the Algoritma Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) algorithm. The system enables performance evaluation based on specific criteria and sub-criteria and generates final scores and downloadable reports.

This system replaces the previously manual or fragmented lecturer performance evaluation process. It enables a more objective, structured, transparent, and efficient assessment based on IKU and IKT metrics, supported by AHP-based decision-making.

Developed a web-based application using Laravel and deployed it on the faculty server.
Implemented the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) algorithm for structured lecturer performance evaluation.
Designed with 5 user roles: Admin, Lecturer, PIC, Rector, and Reviewer — each with distinct access levels and permissions.
Integrated performance scoring system based on national education standards: IKU (Indikator Kinerja Utama) and IKT (Indikator Kinerja Tambahan).
Enabled dynamic input of criteria and sub-criteria for AHP-based scoring configuration.
Facilitated role-based data entry, validation, and approval workflows for each stage of evaluation.
Generated dynamic performance reports with filtering options by date, department, and individual lecturers.
Exported evaluation results and performance reports to PDF and Excel formats.
Built an audit trail system for tracking data updates and evaluation history per user role.
Provided a dashboard for real-time performance monitoring and institutional statistics.
